FIT, is all just practice PFA. I had to do the run clinic, it was a bunch of sustained running and some basic cardio workouts. I did a 30 min sustained run, and another day was a 15min sustained run with some cardio. If she pushes herself, then she can achieve it. No one else can run the PFA for her. the hardest part, is the clock for the 12 laps. It is pretty cut and dry, as far as pass or fail.

Most of the people I saw in FIT were capable of passing, but a lot either had issues they refused to go to medical for or had issues with pacing. They'd sprint a few laps to start off, tire themselves out and eventually start walking.
I was RCU (injured) so I only actually ran with them once. |

Staying positive was the hardest part for me when I was in FIT. It seemed like 3/4 of the girls there with me were intent on not passing. Its definitely a rough place to be but I made it through and as long as she keeps a good attitude she can too.
