LN is a specialty subset of YN, so if you want to go LN then you want to start at YN or PS.

LS vs YN don't really have a difference in travel. YNs can literally be assigned to anything, from Seabee to SEAL to the Blue Angels and any type of ship or squadron or unit in between. As well, good YNs act as assistants to their CO and even Admirals. A YN has probably the most exposure to officers out of any enlisted rate. My Temporary Holding Unit job after graduating YN A school was to assist the CO's secretary, so I was immediately talking to the CO and XO every 10 minutes or so.

On the other hand, LSs handle the supply side at all of those same commands.

Of course keep in mind that your first orders you have absolutely 0 control over. Once upon a time the YN school did the whole "pick your orders based on your place in class " thing, but they don't anymore. Trust me, I graduated from YN A school 2 weeks ago.

The thing I would most strongly recommend is that if you go YN, make sure to decide on subs or not before signing. Once you sign for YN versus YNS (subs) you can't change until 2 years in. I tried.

Edit: and after writing all of that I realized that you already signed. Derp.

For LS you are going to go to glorious Meridian MS to spend a couple months with the trees and the racoons. As I said you can get assigned to anything, but if you were trying to get to LN you probably should have tried for YN. LS is more like purchasing all the stuff for the ship, while a YN is more like handling all the correspondence and scheduling for the command. The third in the cluster is the PS (personnel specialist) who handles the pay and allowances and leave and crap for everyone.
