This point of this thread was for people to tell their stories of why Rpoc and Aroc was getting dropped in their division so I could see what not to do.

It's about leadership. A leader is not someone who sits back and watches someone else fail. I was good at my job not because I am a super extraordinary leader, but because I looked out for my men and had their backs, and in turn they had mine.

Boot camp is a game. One where you don't know all the rules and they change whenever the RDCs feel like it. You're not going to do yourself any favors by trying to outsmart the system.

I'm not trying to outsmart the system. I understand that boot camp is a game. All I wanted to know is do the high up positions got dropped for things like not having the room clean.

What we're saying is it doesn't matter if you would get dropped for something or not; they may or may not just axe someone for something that may or may not even exist. You could do everything perfectly and still get axed. So contemplating what will or will not keep you as an RPOC/AROC is kind of a pointless exercise since literally anything and everything falls into that category. Focus more on learning and getting as much out of the training as you can, the rest will fall into place and is mostly out of your hands. /r CTT1 |
