Technically, to be able to wear the backpack in uniform, it has to be all black and not have any flashy labels on it.
However, you can still carry in your hand if it doesn't meet those requirements, you just can't wear it on your back/over your body. |

He/she wouldn't be able to wear the backpack after graduation anyways since everyone will be in their blues for quite awhile.
