Alright I will definitely focus on the Work out routine and the Swim.
 I swim everyday except Sunday so hopefully I will get it down soon enough!

Ok so I have been doing really well with the workout routine and swim routine but I ran into a snag recruiter wont send me to meps till he gets the ok from the "specwar" guy at meps..........sounds fishy to me
