You have a class team made up of a Navy RDC, Marine DI, and Navy LT.
It's a 12 week program. The first 3 weeks are the more intense indoctrination. The middle 6 week block is the academic phase (naval history, engineering, navigation - stuff link that). The last 3 weeks are applied leadership, where you are actually teaching and leading the newest class through indoctrination. |
