In December just about everyone (unless you are deployed) gets 1-2 weeks when they can take leave without problems trying to get it approved.
Usually, half the command gets the week of Christmas off, and the other half gets New Years. While most people take leave at this time, it is not free leave, you will still be charged for the days you're gone. |
