Yes, this varies command to command, but it is VERY similar navy wide. Short schools may only have 2 phases (undes. particularly), but the vast majority will have all 3. Time phase to phase is different and details may change, but this will give you a good idea. For Nukes, this is EXACTLY what your phases will be like.
