Any advice for it? Not scared of it at all, looking forward and a bit excited for it. It will be a new experience. Though I am curious if any have any advice on it as far as breathing.
Is there much a difference between breathing in through the nose or mouth? Is it bad to take deep confident breaths or would normal breaths be better? |
