Are non-HMs ratings able to be BLS, NRP, ACLS, and PALS certified by certified HM instructors? Or get re-certs on them?
Are non-HM ratings able to take EMT-B classes provided by you?
Are non HM ratings able to be DAs if we have a background exp/quals/degree in health? Or classes in general being offered by HMs like IV, first aid, or trauma care?

Yes to all of the above... my command takes non hm tad for like 30 days. They can then legally test and certify. If anything its a bit annoying cause we get voluntold to do the classes. Only thing is availability.. my acls for example i took at a civilian hospital cause 9ur own class filled up

No, and I'm glad I didn't. Techs have a harder time getting special programs and IDC. Same Applies to Biomed and CVT schools.

All the good career paths after the Navy require you to say 0000 and stay in a bit.

Where are you stationed now and how long have you been there? Also what sort of things are you doing?
Any advice you wish to pass on to a future Hm that is about to start their own journey?
