Boot Camp Hearing test
Hello everyone,
I had a quick question. At meps i took the hearing test and it took me three attempts to pass. I passed barely. I'm afraid that i will get to boot camp and won't pass that Hearing test. My question is, do they give Hearing tests to everyone or just certain ratings? If they do test everyone then what will happen if i don't pass the test? |

They do indeed test everyone. And I'm sure they will give you a few tries. I think I fell asleep while doing mine. (It was very quiet and relaxing in that room...) so don't worry to much.

Thank you for the reply. My issue with the hearing test is that it took me three tries to pass at meps. Now I'm concerned that i will screw myself and my wife and kids over by going to boot camp just to get kicked out because i fail a hearing test there.

It depends on your rate really. Some require certain hearing levels while others don't. I'm pretty sure they'll give you multiple attempts at the test. I've never heard of someone being separated at basic because of failing one
