I know it's possible to leave BC as a naturalized citizen but haven't looked into it further. I had just planned on asking an RDC when I'm there.

all, i have learnt so far is that we need to enroll in the Naturalization via Naval Service program. i also plan in asking when i get there as the recruiters are not knowledgeable on the subject.

I don't know that much about it, since I'm US born, but I remember sometime in Pdays the RDCs asked who weren't citizens yet (there were more than I expected) and made a list. And one day several weeks later they were sent off to the naturalization ceremony. I don't know if there was more paperwork involved or anything like that, I just know that it did happen for my div.

I heard from one recruiter that on the first days of the bootcamp LPR will have possibility to fill the papers for that. After that it will be expedited process, don't need to wait as normal way.
