In Boot Camp, how do watches work?

Examples: What are the times people stand watches? Are there always two people on watch?

There is almost always someone on watch. There will be a watch at the door and a roving watch. However, during certain training events the watch will be secured. Starboard Watch and Port Watch create the watchbill. Make friends with those people. Also, try not to be one of those people. Unless you like being yelled at and doing lots and lots of push-ups.
