Default which one should I believe

my husband is going to boot camp on nov. 14th and on his contract said he will be in boot camp for 9 weeks, fc stand 31 weeks and et stand 42 weeks but his recruiter said it should not be that long so I did some research and found like 4 different timeline for AECF

some if them said
119 for boot camp, 21 for FC, 19 for ET
or
19 for boot camp, 11 for FC, 13 for ET

So Im really confused and frustrated right now because I have to plan a lot of thing after he's gone

If you are looking at what I think you are looking at, the first set of numbers is from the 2/16 AECF rating card. I'm pretty sure 119 is a typo. And it is not for boot camp, it is for Apprentice Technical Training (ATT), which comes after bootcamp. 9 or 11 weeks is pretty plausible for ATT, which is essential background for becoming an ET. Best to think of these as approximate numbers for planning purposes, as there are all sorts of reasons there may be delays in the process. Boot is the hard part for planning, as he will be mostly incommunicado. It is not like that in A school though.

Also keep in mind those are most likely "training days" and not just days. They only count the days you're actually in school doing training; not the time you spend in holding, waiting to class up, holidays, or whatever else.

Just food for thought. Most junior sailors will spend at least some time in indoc and/or waiting to class up (IE waiting for room at the school to become available).
