Default ITS E-1 to E-4 for everyone?

So I signed a 6yr contract for ITS and it comes with an automatic rank up to E-4 on completion of A school and Basic Enlisted Submarine School so I was just wondering if all ITS 6yr contracts have an automatic E-4 after schooling?

All 6 year ATF contracts come with auto E4.

Having said that, you still need TIR for E4, so if you come in as an E1, you won't actually get E4 for at least two years (9 months to E2, 9 months to E3, 6 months to E4).

It also wonít be after A school, youíll get E4 when you get to your boat. Atleast thatís how Iíve seen it so far.
