Default Undies in Boot Camp?

What is issued with the Navy? I know in the AF and CG you get boxers and may bring spandex. What is worn and issued at Boot Camp?

Tighty-whities for men... granny panties for women. I stopped wearing them after about day 5 because you wear PT shorts under everything and they have a spandex liner.

Also they give you about 2-4 sizes too large in underwear because of "shrinking" I was a size 30 waist in bootcamp and got undies for a size 34.... They didn't shrink

I originally read this post as saying "undes" in bootcamp. Now I'm amused knowing it's really about under garments.
Anyways, just wearing PT shorts sounds cool to me! Navy Bootcamp Commando!
