No guarantees, but generally anyone whose A school isn't at Great Lakes will have liberty on Friday and then get sent to the airport around 1AM Saturday morning.

Generally you must be back on base between 2000 and 2100 hours...it can very a little, but that is a good ball park time frame. NO, you CANNOT bring your cell back to the base! Your family can meet you at the airport and you can have it from there. You will know more once you are at boot and can write home and let your family know more then.

Graduation ends at 10am... you're usually released to meet your family by 11am. You'll then have until ~8pm for liberty Friday afternoon. You'll leave your compartment on a bus for the airport between 1am and 6am Saturday morning.

Just wondering how much time will a ET(Electronics Tech) have with his family before A school? I know he stays in Great Lakes so just wondering will it be more time since he will be near home or less?

If his A School in in Great Lakes, he'll have less time Friday afternoon because he's going to immediately check ut of RTC, bus over to NSTC, and have to get checked into a barracks room and get a liberty brief. However, he will get liberty all day Saturday and Sunday... so that more than makes up for Friday.
