Recruit Training Guide for Basic Military Training

I was wondering if anybody knew where to get a copy of the Recruit Training Guide for Basic Military Training which they use in Navy Recruit Training. I would like to find a copy to read in my free time in-between tests while I'm going to school. I just figured one way to be prepared would be to read this book 10+ times before I even go to meet the Navy Recruiter again.

If you know of a way I could get this book or a copy of it or pdf, I would be grateful for your graciousness.
