Mizzou - Those two sheets show you how the normal CTR advances. The career path of how many years it take for just a NORMAL CTR.
The other shows what the manning is like. At my base we are like 82% manned. So we are short handed for CTR's. That is why this rating is 100% advancement to E5.

Ward, what that means is you go in, take the test, and when the tests are graded, as long as you got a 20 on the test, you will make E5. No one ever gets under a 20 on a Navy test. You have to be a total rock to every get it. In 18 years, in the CT rating I've never met one....
