What can my husband receive while in BC?
My husband left for bootcamp a week ago, so I suspenct I'll be getting his address this week sometime. Is there a size limit of the envelope that I send letters in? Can he receive pictures? How much space will he have to store letters?
Thanks! |

Small, appropriate pictures are fine. You're probably best sticking with standard sized white envelopes. There is limited space. But sending daily or weekly leyters shouldn't be a problem.

My wife sent me pictures and letters almost everyday, space got tight very quickly. Instead of throwing things away I had her send me an empty, large, prepaid envelope from usps that I used to send stuff back to her so that I will have them later. This worked out great and I never had an issue with it.

The advise for "appropriate" pictures is a very good one! Just know that many times the RDC's see there are pictures and make the recruits show them around...so make sure those you send are G rated!

Definitely on the G rated photos! He's working too hard for me to embarrass him or myself!
I had read some mixed information on the envelope size that they can receive. Does it need to be the small personal note size? |

Envelope size doesn't matter, they will get it.
