Default Holidays during Boot Camp

Is there holidays that you don't do scheduled training at boot camp? If so, can you tell me any holidays I should be looking out for between early-Feb to early April.

Sunday mornings you'll have some unstructured time.
Presidents' Day may be observed too.

I was in bootcamp last year at that time. Both holidays were the same as Sundays, so we had holiday routine in the morning. My Christmas was actually fun because our RDCs found us little Christmas trees to put in our compartment and let us listen to the radio for the first time. And then Christmas dinner our 3rd RDC sat with us and let us talk in the galley. The food was pretty good too.

I was there for Thanksgiving. If you're past your 5th week of training, you'll be able to go off base and do volunteer type work. If not, you'll end up doing holiday routine for the first half of the day, and then training for the rest of it. For Thanksgiving, they let us have pie, and then they beat us senseless after haha.

I was there from feb 5 to April 6 this year we didn't celebrate any holidays. Most likely if you're not in a class you're practicing marching... Which sucks. I never knew that I could fall asleep standing at attention

I was there for memorial day and 4th of July this year. You have whats called RDC training time all day which is basically whatever your RDCs feel like making you do. You get special food at the Galley and that's about it. You wont have any classes scheduled for Holidays and we got phone calls on the fourth of July and Fathers Day.
