Coxswain and Small boat certs
Do/can QMs get coxswain certified?
Can they participate in RHIB ops? Can they serve as small-boat crew and coxswain? Can they go to school for small boat operations? If so, on average how often are RHIB ops done on a ship? Once a month? Weekly? |
