Man this has got to be an old video....
Frame 0:01 The 1st guy (1st class Petty Officer) has only one row of ribbons and no surface warfare pin. Yea, you don't have to wear all of your ribbons, but you are required to wear at least the top three. His ribbons are nothing special.....As far as the pin, that wouldn't happen in todays Navy... Not for the MC rating for sure...You will get a warfare pin! Frame 1:07 What kind of racks are those? They have coffin racks now...Was this a temporary rack prior to getting assigned to a ship? Never mind, just watch 3:21
