Navel piercings
Ok so Im just wondering if I'll be able to keep my piercing in. Its a bellybutton ring so I'm thinking it shouldn't be an issue because no one would see it. Of course I'll take it out if I have to, this is more important. But I'd like to keep it if possible. I hear its hard to re pierce because of the scar tissue.

You strip down and change into the underwear and pt clothes they issue shortly after arrival. Someone will notice at some point when you don't have a shirt on, if not that first night.

Not allowed. Even after finishing the basic training & schooling, the only time to wear piercings is while wearing civilian clothes outside of the base.

From the uniform regs:
BODY PIERCING. Not authorized while in uniform. No articles, other than earrings (one earring per earlobe) for women, shall be attached to or through the ear, nose, or any other body part. Additionally, body piercing is not authorized in civilian attire when in a duty status or while in/aboard any ship, craft, aircraft, or in any military vehicle or within any base or other place under military jurisdiction, or while participating in any organized military recreational activities.
