Chain of Command is that just titles or actual names?
Would it be President of the US or President Obama? |

It's Commander in Chief. You can look that up in your START Guide.

so do they ever ask any other questions like the ones in the back of the start guide

No they ask you about your chain of command and what they wear as a collar device and on the sleeve of your dress blue uniform. Learning the start guide is to help e nothings advance to e2. The aircrafts will not help you. There is a chapter in your trainee guide that will cover what you need to know about aircrafts and ships.
