They are an awesome group....

Just email them, and you got phone cards. It's not a scam, its just a guy that wants to pay back to our military....

Can anyone recommend which phone card to buy or where to get them. I'll probably need more than most as I will be making a few international calls (assuming they let me). Most of the cards these days are meant for mobile phones, and the one I did find for land lines (AT&T) has really bad reviews bc they charge you weird amounts extra for different calls to various states...and using it internationally would only give me about 200 min. for a 1000 minute card! Not a good value for the money. Any suggestions or advice is appreciated!

You get your first phone call when you first arrive at RTC. From there, you'll get to make a call from time to time if your RDCs allow it (basically you have to earn them). You can always write home though.

That is, of course, assuming your division doesn't lose your phone privileges for some reason.
