DEP Pqs advancement test

I am taking an advancement test at the first day of bootcamp and I was wondering what will be on it? The stuff that's in the START guide or will it have questions about History,first aid and etc? Because that information is not in the
START guide but it is in the old one ( http://www.navygirl.org/DEP/DEPSuccessAccelerator.pdf ) ?

I know the test is multiple choice but that's all I know, any help would be appreciated.
