Epalmieri Newbie Join Date: Oct 2013 Location: The Happiest place in the world.... Its not that happy but there is a famous mouse nearby. Posts: 13 Rep Power: 0	Phone Cards for Bootcamp. So I have been really confused about getting a phone card. I have also saw that you can sign up for penny talk accounts. So I was wondering what is the better thing to get a phone card or penny talk?
