Bootcamp flag holders

My ship date is 20140616 (AN)
I was wondering while in bootcamp during marching, how can you be the person in the front holding the flag? I would love to be one of the person(s) that does it.

Be the shortest person in your division... or at least one of the 2 shortest.

Yeah, pretty much be short and good at marching. Everyone knows if you screw up when you're in front - I think the original PFC and guide-on for our division both got fired because of that.

If you're just one of the six sticks you can be a bit taller, although not that tall.
