I second the paperwork one. I am not an organized person at all, but I am learning to be. Make multiple copies of EVERYTHING: every chit, every PQS, every certificate. You will route a chit and two weeks later find out that it is lost, you will be scheduled to take a class that you have already taken and the only proof you have is a copy of a certificate, this stuff happens all the time. Make your life easier and make copies and try to stay organized.
