As with the other guy, please post your height and weight, and I can tell if you are alright or not. BMI doesn't mean much to me. I am at 30 BMI, but I am currently 23% BF.

But you are a really skinny guy. Don't let what recruiters say get to you. In the end, they are just joking around because of your weight. I'll reserve my opinion on what you should do after you post your measurements/height and weight.
