NavyDEP - View Single Post - Needing some more info on IS A and C school.

I leave for rtc in just 9 days, my recruiter was saying that she thinks IS's get promoted to E-4 after A school, is this true? Also, do I go straight into C school once i'm through with A school? I should also mention that i'm going into the reserves. Thanks!
