Thanks for your inquiry. The RTC/OTC female hair pilot doesn't have a definite end date; ideally, if it goes well, we hope that it will be a permanent change; however, only time will tell that. I truly do hope we get there and it still stands, I'd hate for us females not cut our hair, then they tell us they've changed it and butcher our hair. Mine takes forever to grow back, even when it's healthy.
