I don't recall another actual physical portion during P-Days. If you're Aircrew or AC, you'll get a flight physical about halfway through... that's hands-on.

MEPS is all about seeing if you are able to join the Navy... RTC medical is all about figuring out what you need while in Great Lakes: they draw more blood to test for allergies, immunizations, medical conditions like anemia, etc... they check your vision again to issue you glasses (if needed), they give you shots to make sure you don't get sicker than necessary from all the illnesses that come in with new recruits... and they give you a dental exam to see what work you need to have scheduled while up there (If any is needed).
