Blood pressure at MEPS or Bootcamp?
At MEPS they will temporarily disqualify you. You'll go home, and have your regular doctor record your blood pressure three times on three days in a row to try to get a more accurate reading. As long as that checks out, you should be good.
As far as getting sick or injured in bootcamp, everyone gets sick. But, if you get more seriously sick or injured, it depends on the severity and the amount of time it will take you to recover. If it's something you can reasonably be expected to recover from, you'll be put in medical hold until you are well enough to complete bootcamp. If its a disqualifying injury, you may be medically discharged.
