Check the RTC website bootcamp.navy.mil. The official list is at
http://bootcamp.navy.mil/pdfs/Required_Checklist.pdf . According to this, you don't need the transcripts or contract. They say "Copies of Dependents Birth Certificate (if applicable)". I think sometimes in military parlance a spouse is a dependent. I think they mean children here, but you might want to ask someone who would know.
