Ok. I haven't finished reading the other responses, but I had to say - don't worry about "wasting" your recruiter's time. They're getting paid either way to be there. Your Navy career is YOUR decision and YOUR responsibility. If you want it, you have to get it.
I was 27 when I joined, btw.
