Not sure which version they're doing.
When we did 10 counts in the police academy, it was an extra pushup.
1 - crouch down
2 - Plank
3 - Down push up
4 - Up push up
5 - Down push up
6 - Up push up
7 - Split legs plank
8 - Plank
9 - Crouch
10 - Stand
