They did titers for my class. People needed anywhere between 2 and 12 shots depending on what their blood showed immunity to.

*OCS not RTC, but titers save the navy money, so they *should* do them...

Yeah they're being worn all over, but they aren't being issued yet (just like you can't buy them in the next yet). The roll out should finish by the end of this year.

Count on having to do a pregnancy test. At OCS we had to do them every 4 weeks.

If you're not on birth control, you can ask for it during bootcamp.
