Question about medical screening

Hey there, so I've heard that medical at boot camp is more in depth than at meps in terms of the actual physical checkup, but I was wondering if they do another round of medical history questions/have you fill out more medical forms like at meps. Thanks!

From what I have heard and read you do still fill out a lot of paper work during P-days. Im sure some of it is repetition and some of it is more in depth. So be prepared to fill out more rounds of paper work.
