Unexpected phone call
 

Hi. My daughter left 7/23 for GL. She called late that evening, and unfortunately, she called a cell phone and we missed the ring. She left the "I arrived safely" message. I did not expect any more phone calls for awhile, but this morning while we were in church, she called again and left an "I arrived safely, I might get another call later" message. She then called her sister and told her she arrived at boot camp safely, love you, and hung up. Did she get a 2nd chance to call home because we missed her first call?

Yes, they actually have to speak with someone.
