THU

I just graduated yesterday and was placed in THU. I have an AIRC contract and was told it's common since we have special physical paperwork that needs to get processed. Will i get reclassified if I'm here long enough and lose my aircrew opportunity? Also how do you speed up the process?

You're not going to lose your contract over being on hold. Almost everyone gets held up during the training pipeline for one thing or another, so don't sweat it. It's completely normal.

Nothing you can do on your end will speed things up other than just being where you're told to be and doing the things you're told to do. Everything else will work itself out. Bear in mind that training commands have to process hundreds, sometimes thousands of people at any given time. So just be patient and it'll work itself out just fine.

NACCS isn't going anywhere and will still be there whenever you arrive, trust me haha
