Some questions that I have.
Hi
I have a few questions because this job is something that I'm very interested in. I was wondering if you could explain more in depth on how the on shore and sea deployments work? Is it true that the longest sea deployment that anyone can go on 6 months at a time? and does everyone go on these deployments? can you move up in ranking fast with this job? Is it very male dominant? and on average how often do sailors have to relocate or move with a four year contract and do sea seployments? and is AD a more then 4 year contract? are there special requirements other then asvab scores to be qualified to do this job? Sorry I know that that was a lot of questions but I would greatly appreciated if anyone had the answers. Thank You |

I'll add that deployments are typically 7 months but the Navy released a statement last week that expect deployments to average 8 to 10 months now. That will be the standard length of deployment now.
