Submarine Bases

I ship 20131008 and I was wondering what bases outside the US that submarines can go to. Because I know boomers only go to the US ports but what about the fast attacks?

Boomers dont do port calls, they go down and come up in their home port.
Fast attacks im not sure but they do do port calls in foreign countries. Sometimes for liberty and sometimes to work on the sub.
