If you have drill, choir, or band experience- tell them when you get there. You might get put in a Triple Threat div (I was in triple threat). I have no idea how they chose staff or flag divisions though.

do you remember how many shots you got and if your previous immunizations mattered?

The first round of shots is in P-days, and I think I got about 3-4 in the arm and two in the butt (one was the penicillin [aka peanut butter] shot). Later in week five, you go for another round, which was one in the arm and a penicillin booster shot (although I hear they only do a second penicillin during the winter). In DEP they say if you provide an immunization record you don't have to have the shots, but no one in our div did that so I can't vouch for the validity. I would assume they're going to do what they want regardless, and even if you do have records there's bound to be at least one or two shots they'll end up giving you anyway.
Oh yeah, you had to take some virus via pill that moves through your GI track over the course of 28 days or something.

Awesome. Thank you very much. I went and got all the shots listen on this paper hoping to maybe in the end only get 1 or 2 shots. Maybe 3 lol. I am allergic to pennincillin so i got away with that one. I found this link online and I was wondering why would they issue this then disregard it once you get to bootcamp. Have anyone seen this form before?
