Common first duty stations for CTN!

Title says it all pretty much, what are common duty stations starting off for CTNs?!

A cousin of mine is a CTN. He's stationed in VA. He said his rating is mostly land based. He's a Chief, so I would assume he knows what he's talking about. That's all I know on CTN

When I wanted to go for CTN I was told Virginia, Georgia, San Diego, Texas, or Hawaii had a 95% to be my stations.
